The thing I don't get about the Damien Hooper situation is why wearing a flag on a t-shirt was such a problem. Why shouldn't people be able to show their culture? If anything it shows that they are proud of who they are and their culture. I think that people should be able to represent their culture with what they wear and they certainly shouldn't be punished or criticized for it.
Ok so some people will say it is such a problem because it is not apart of the Australian uniform but Aboriginal culture is part of Australia.
