The rise of the “Fifth Estate” has created a new platform for “self-expression” and the “right of reply” within a global context …Blah Blah Blah…

Sorry … but I need to end the dribble here. I simply cannot bring myself to write about the “Fifth Estate” without exposing it as a “system” designed to exploit our human rights. Do you really believe that the Fifth Estate is about “People Power”? If you do, then you are terribly misguided, for it is nothing short of “Big Brother” at its best.

The Fifth Estate will ultimately be our undoing. “Cyber Society” has way too much time on its hands and the “powers that be” know this all too well. It is hypocrisy at its best. Yet we all participate in it and we all engage and contribute to it. Some of us more than others.

 Let’s take stock and think of the implications of the Fifth Estate;

·        They know everything about us.

·        Where we live … what we look like … where we work/study/play.
·        They know our bank account details and our bank balances.
·        Forget your passwords … they have those too.
·        Even your identity is no longer yours.
·        We are merely pawns in a game …dispensable and disposable.

 

We have become so blinded that we are in effect enabling the enablers. The Fifth is not the answer. The Fifth doesn’t translate into truth. We are becoming “vegetables”.  We feed off a diet of rubbish opinion making like ravenous animals. If it’s on the Fifth and there appears to be enough ground swell … (KONY 2012 comes to mind) … well then … it must be true!

First, second, third, fourth or fifth estate … we are so wrapped up in this that we are missing the point.  It’s not about information sharing … the fifth is just another way of controlling the masses through interactive mind control.
