Is educational system affected by classes size?

Some people think that class-sizes is the main matter which enormously impacts on educaltional system, in contrast, other believe that classes sizes are absolutely matters to education. But what are
these matters and what are not?
Reality, Australia is among one of the countries has a efficient educational system on the world. Evidently, it can expicitly seem that every year, Australian's education system attracts the hight propotion of interneational student enrolling over the world. The result is Australia's universities are constantly to expand the entensive diemnsion
Apperantly, it would be seen that there are many of pupular University and colleages in Australia have an extensive diemnsion but the educational quality is till stable. In my view,  in order to improve and develope the education system, class-size should be proportional to the the high competent teacher.
There are many advantages and disadvantages of smaller classzs and larger classes  and high standard of teaching
The favor of smaller class size is to reduce the distracting  of student's thinking in lesson. With smaller large sizes, students are given more opportunities to shorten the gap between learning and teaching. In smaller classes size with the moderated number of student, they expect to have more engaging places and personal conncetion like extra assistance from teachers for their assisgment . In addion, in term of international students,  studying  in another countries , particularly in Australia, it is such a remarkable matter should be considered, there are numberous diffrence in term of cultural and educational diffrences, they may seemmingly need more further assistance  and support form thier tutor .Consiquently, smaller class size contributes in positive way to help teacher provide one in one attention.
The disdvantages of smaller classizes is to  lower the the abilities of teaching standard, if the  larger classes size  breaking down into smaller one, the expenditure for hiring more educator for teaching is keep increasing leads to the lack of qualified teachers, the more high expenditure of hiring educators , the  less qualified teacher are being hire.
In addition, smaller classe size is subject to the lack of deversity. In practice, studies demonstrated that student are encouraged to appreciate and learn greatly new viewpoint form thier classmate,  smalller classes size are less likely to have denses society. There are less opprotunities for student to obtain the new diverse knowlege. In constrast, larger class size offer student more opportunities to broaden thier knowledge by ganning diffrent view form thier classmate. On other side, despite larger class size having no impact on student's education, larger class sizes means utilizing school's facilities , it is virtually seen that student are more likely to be distracted  form their lesson because of lacking attention form thier lesson's content. Although, with  larger classes size, the money spending on teacher's employment is to reduce, the best competent  teacher would be available , but student may find difficult to be provided one to one attention form thier teacher.
Briefly, is is assumed that the education system will be  extremely improving  if student are educated in the moderate class-size   proportional to the high quality teacher.
